Publications of year 2002
Books and proceedings
  1. R. Stirzaker, R. Vertessy, and A. Sarre. Trees, Water, and Salt: An Australian Guide to Using Trees for Healthy Catchments and Productive Farms. Rural Industries Research and Development Corporation, RIRDC, 2002. Note: NOTE: Good layman descriptions of hill slopes interms of hydrologic parameters, such as concavity, etc. Nice figures. I have a hard time collecting all of the bibliogrpahic info since this is not a normal published book. It is a publication of the Austrialian government, but it is not free, so you can simply download it. Go to (http://www.agric.uwa.edu.au/soils/tw&s/) to view text of the chapters. I printed out Chapter 2. I found most of the bibliographic information be serach ing for trees, water, and salt on the CSIRO Web site. Chapter 2 makes the point that shape (concavity) of the slope affects local water table depth and vegetation.[bibtex-entry]
